Gerald Gloade nominated for the prestigious Portia White Prize

Gerald Gloade, the MDCC Program Development Officer, was one of three finalists nominated for the Portia White Prize. The prize is the highest honour presented by the Nova Scotia Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage, recognizing cultural and artistic excellence. An artist, illustrator, carver and educator, Gerald’s creativity has enriched lives across Mi’kma’ki and beyond. Congratulations Gerald!
